Honors Chemistry
Thank you for visiting the Honors Chemistry website! Here, you will find information regarding activities in the classroom, homework, lesson plans, and other important announcements. Please check back often as I will be updating the materials at least once per week.
Over the course of this year we will be embarking upon a systematic study of atoms and molecules and their relationships with one another. By the end of the year, students will have a firm understanding of the relationships between molecular structure and chemical behavior by presenting both descriptive chemistry and the theory of chemistry.
I invite all parents and students to join a program known as Remind101 to help increase communication. This product allows me to periodically send out classroom and school reminders via text message to help you remember upcoming tests, due dates, and other important information. To receive these text message reminders, simply text 81010 with the message @msvhonchem. You may choose to opt out at any time by messaging ‘stop’ to the number above.
